Shelter, a new global streaming platform for architecture, design lifestyle and outdoor living enthusiasts has recently launched, and Kebony is honored to have Design vs. Build episodes available for viewing on this platform. Australia actor and entrepreneur Dustin Clare began Shelter as a way to “re-examine our connection to home, our immediate environment, and the world around us. Through Shelter, we invite viewers to explore, be inspired, be entertained and engrossed, and most of all, be engaged with the world of architecture, design, lifestyle and outdoor living.”

Design vs. Build is a multiple award-winning video series concept that explores the differences in how the Architect/Designer and the Builder see a project as it moves from an idea to the construction phase, and ultimately to a finished structure. Each episode features a different residential or commercial project as it moves from an idea to the construction phase and then a finished structure, and includes interviews with architects, designers, project managers and more. Recent episodes have featured projects such as the Fulshear House in Fulshear, Texas, The Harland West Hollywood, and TheatreSquared in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Curated from Australia, New Zealand, Europe, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, United States and South America, Shelter will feature more than 200 hours of content, including Shelter original content and productions. Shelter has also partnered with global magazines Dwell and Green Magazine to host and present premium video content from these international brands. Additionally, Shelter has a sustainability initiative that resonates deeply with Kebony’s mission- for every paid subscriber, Shelter will plant a native tree through their certified reforestation partner, Eden Reforestation Projects.
